Refund policy

We hope you love and enjoy your products as much as we do!  Due to the nature of our items, Lilac Luxe can not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

We hand pick and inspect our products for quality. Please inspect your order upon receipt, and e-mail us immediately if your product arrives damaged.  If in the rare case you notice a defect, or your product sustains damage, from normal wear, within 30 days of receipt please e-mail us, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
